If the client’s home has any plumbing issues, it needs to be addressed prior to sale of home. We coordinate and schedule a licensed and insured local plumber to evaluate and correct any issues. This ensures that the house operates properly prior to sale. It also limits the items a buyer’s inspector would want a seller to address before closing the sale of the home. 4th Quarter Realty Group policy is to try to gather up to three locally competitive provider quotes. All quotes are submitted to client for final approval prior to any services being executed.
