We coordinate and schedule an insured local handyman or general maintenance person to fix smaller items. This ensures that the house operates properly and shows better when trying to sell. It also limits the items a buyer’s inspector would want a seller to address before closing the sale of the home. 4th Quarter Realty Group policy is to try to gather up to three locally competitive provider quotes. All quotes are submitted to client for final approval prior to any services being executed.
